Greetings dear ones, we are the Arcturian group.
We wanted to salute once again your courage for being part and embracing the material world on Gaia. You accepted to come down on Mother Earth and to descend from being fully conscious beings to being limited by the material form you have taken. This is a heavy duty for you to undertake, fully knowing that the vibrations of your souls were not suited to live in a material environment.
Many of you have struggled all your life with the 3d mentality and way of doing things. Since a very young age you have observed a world that made very little sense to you, fully knowing who you were and why you were here. As your age progressed, the memories of your mission on Earth had subsided, and you were left with many questions concerning the human way of life, and were surprised to find yourself stuck into the human uni-matrix, with tools that did not match your needs and abilities.
Many times, you thought that you were mentally unstable or ill, that you just did not have any skills to respond to your outer environment, that you were unworthy of happiness, and undeserving of a good job, of a good relationship, of all the good things that this 3D world had to offer.
You always considered yourself as being an outsider, as not being part of the “rat race” so to speak. You always considered yourself last, when people around you were showing a selfish behaviour, competed against each other, and behaved in a ruthless manner in your opinion.
You could never fully understand the root cause of this carry on, and never found any sense in the artificialness of it all down on Gaia.
Many of you also suffer from feeling trapped in this matrix, and wish for a way out, contemplating the worse ways of coming out of it.
We come today to remind you that those feelings are natural for ascended beings, who have accepted to lower their vibrations to match the current vibrations on Mother Earth. The feeling of entrapment is a natural one, as you do not enjoy the freedom and independence that you benefited from as an ascended being.
Very little makes sense to you right now, except for the intense feeling that someone is pulling the strings behind the scenes, in order to make this world crueller and crueller with each passing day, and enjoying the sight of suffering, pain, discord, agony, and desperation.
We recommend that you turn inside of you dear ones, acknowledge your state of being, your feelings, and care for them as if they were those of a lonely child. We salute your pain, and feeling of hopelessness, dear ones.
We salute those of you who have been pulled fully into the 3D Gaia uni-matrix, those of you suffer the less and have forgotten who they are fully once into their adult life. However, at a deeper level, you know that something is amiss and of the need to reconnect with your star family and friends.
We encourage you to come together in communities of souls who understand what you are experiencing, and who have similar feelings. We encourage you to share your feelings and speak of them to those you respect and that you feel safe with. Speaking of your issues is vital to your soul and to your own understanding, to uncover what lies deep into your heart and to feel the emptiness you feel at times of living in a seemingly soulless world.
You are the hope of this world, you are the hope of many star nations, and we send our love as always and pray that you can make a difference together, as you were meant to do.

This message also resinated with me at the deepest level! I have felt this way my whole life and have reached out and made contact with many spiritual people. They have been much help to me but something is still missing?! I am currently still surrounded by the spiritually “asleep” who continually attempt to lower my vibration to suite their comfort zone. I resist this but this way is not “working” anymore as I feel this urge to connect with others who not only have awareness but the love and compassion that beings of light are.

What if you leave your wish to leave and bring the energy that YOU ARE here? By resolving issues within you, you also resolve them without. There is fully conscious being behind all that pain helping everyone, all the time. The more people resolving, the better! So you are doing that work of a fully conscious being all the time. If you bring the feeling or mental image of your light being into your consciousness and observe the life you live through that viewpoint, you’ll get some ease for your pain. It’s not so personal after all. There is only one thing separating you from yourSELF, fear. That crushing feeling in you heart or any other part of your body! Locate it, let it be and it is resolved. Yes it takes repetition, but now it’s faster than ever! We can do it, my brothers and sisters! Strength and endurace to all of you! 🙂

On a broad spectrum, on-line, so we can share our journeys. But also I think it’s time for those of you lucky to live fairly close to each other (you would be surprised) to start meeting as real groups 🙂

Really resonates with me as well. I have always felt this way and still do to a degree. Maybe even worse because I know that there are people out there like me. It helps to have a messenger to bring these messages to me. Thank you for a great channel. 🙂
My heart aches reading this. For my whole life I have always felt on the outside of others. I got picked on a lot and always had more adult friends than kids my own age. I never understood the human way of interaction and perception, it seems very foreign to me and has led me to have a very solitary life. At 13 I reached out to the metaphysical community and began to understand and feel a deep resonance with the explanations that were provided for me, there was no internet then however. I now have people that I connect with over the Internet that are on a like vibration, it comforts me so much. I feel like people who are like me seem to be physically spaced apart. Maybe to do the most good? I do not know. Thank you for this message, it brings tears to my eyes because I have felt this way for my whole life, all of the time. I feel as though my body cannot handle the vibration of my being, as I am a chronic panic attack sufferer an often feel so limited by my physical capacities. I just try and do the best and the most good for humanity that i can. Thank you again.
Hi my friend! I suffered of panic attacks years ago until I found some information about the reason behind it. Your body has a natural way of releasing traumatic energy and ease your panic. I tried some of the exercises described in this book, Waking the Tiger: Healing Trauma : The Innate Capacity to Transform Overwhelming Experiences, I within few weeks my panic was gone. I never suffered from it again, and if I ever had panic like symptoms, I let my body to shake it off. You need to have courage to look your fear eye to eye and take what is released from within. Another very good book about the topic is David Berceli’s Trauma releasing exercises, TRE. I suggest you to familiarize with these techniques, for I found tremendous understanding and help from these. I still do TRE cause it also releases stress and tension from my body. All the best!

Just an opinion. It seems to me unlikely in the extreme for true soul groups to amass without the individuals having their own very high degree of awakening. I just don’t think it is something that you can make happen out of desire. I think it would be necessary for the individuals of a soul group, on their own, to let go and fall into the river of light which will bring them together on one shore.
Or, … I lack the imagination to picture any other way it could happen, … lol

Totally resonate with this blog…I have always just wanted to go home…and almost did when I was 19. But…I didn’t and I am still here now-27 years later. I’ve always felt only half here…one foot in this world and one in another. I’ve felt misplaced, misunderstood and miserable…so glad it’s not just me!

I am torn. On the one hand, I want so keenly to meet other like minded individuals, but at the same time I strongly feel that I am supposed to be content to be an observer only for the time being. I don’t know if I’m crazy with delusions of grandeur or if I really am a lightworker. I resonate with the messages to lightworkers except I have had a good life, filled with love and acceptance. I’m a real people person and have always found it very easy to fit in. My quirkiness has always been accepted, or at least, that’s my take on it. I am not afraid to speak my mind on the subjects of aliens, vibration levels, etc… I think sometimes my mission is to be here for my son. He definitely has had a hard time of it. But what an angel! Oh my, I’m rambling. Maybe this is why I am not supposed to comment. (She smiles!)
