Dear Twin, this is a message from your other twin for those of you feeling lonely, unwanted, sad, and missing your other half.
We hear and know of your longing to be reunited with your true twin, with the one and lonely, with your other half.
This is the person that you turn to when you are alseep, that your subconscious mind refers to day and night, and compares your Earthly relationships with, and even your relationship with your first loved ones: your parents.
The twin flame love is all embracing, all powerful, all encompassing, all union and blending in oness.
Nothing on Earth can ever equal this true love, which knows no boundaries, no limit, no taboo, no forbidden games.
Your twin is always aware of you, no matter whether this person is on Earth or not, you are always connected and one in the higher realms. You are in constant communication whether you know it or not, and you can hear each other’s thoughts, you can feel each other’s unconditional and consdous love at all times, just stop and listen inside.
Your true twin is the one you have been seeking for a life time, when you meet a new person, your subconscious mind compares this person to your twin, and searches for the qualities in this new person which are comparable to your twins’.
This is the reason why you are more attracted to certain people than others, or sometimes for no apparent reason, other than the fact the that person’s energy and vibration resembles that of your true twin.
You have been searching for your twin for your entire incarnation, day and night, all the love that you give to a person is the love that you give to your twin and that you have received from your twin.
When you are hurt, tired, and discouraged, your subconscious turns to your twin for true comfort and true love.
Your twin is the source of your healing, of true love and joy, eventhough many of you on Earth may feel the need for getting on with your lives separated in the 3d sense and with someone else. In truth, twin flames can never be apart and are always a part of each other, even when separated by great distances, pain, hurt or sorrow.
Those tricks of the mind cannot keep your essences apart.

Hi everybody, just wanted to share a few thoughts that were passed on to me from above today.
First of all, so many of us live in a world of fear: fear of disease, fear of poverty, of the ruling elite, of wars, of their controling arm (police, army, education system, health system, and many other institutions). This exercices such an amount of insecurty and anxiety for us, that we are more often than not hugely stressed and our body and life style no longer allows for us to relax very often.
Many others are drained by constant arguments and emotional tensions, and feeling to be treated unfairly by others, by society, by the person at the shop, etc.
There is a lack of respect propagating itself across the western world, due to the recent scandals, wars, economic collpase, so people are more and more unkind.
This message is for all of those who feel misunderstood, unhappy in this fast changing society, who can no longer find their feet and their peace.
Please give yourself the love that you deserve, the time and patience that oyu deserve, the kindness that you long for, and allow your heart to bloom in joy and laughters.
There is much to be uncovered yet, and we encourage you to explore everything that gives you hope and joy.
If you fear something, don’t be afrid to look deeper into it, and you know that human abilities are so great that everything can be overcome with each other’s collaboration, openess, and help.
If something makes you nervous, question it, analyse it, and gather as much information as you can about it, until you are happy and have discovered a solution.
Everything is possible, and many things are hidden from you.

Dear souls of the human realm, remain grounded over the next few weeks, do active grounding exercices with extra care and renewed efforts. The energies of the Mother Ocean are displacing you in all directions, like a feather on the surface of an ocean.
What you need now is to drop you anchor, and find inner peace.
Let go of the illuusions that the mind creates for you, from your memory, let go of over active imagination, and try focus on the present, the now moment, that allows for ever new begining and love.
Listen to your mind, to your thoughts: they are the waves sweeping your very existence. Be aware of them, but do not allow them destroy you and take you over with them.
Your anchor is your body, is has an enormous amount of energies, that can fuel your efforts for remaining in the now.
Be aware of your thoughts, but do not believe every single one of them, look at them pass, one after another, often meaningless, and let them go.
What you find in the present moment and in your body is real, it is here and now, this is where the energy that make up what you are resides, this is where your DNA is stored and this is how you can help rediscover who you are.
Trust only what comes from within, you have all your answers within, and spread your joy, and acceptance of others around.

Hi everybody! Just wanted to share a messge from my guides for today:
“We have our thoughts and love with those of you whose heart is affected by not feeling worthy of love. A number of people, especially among the lightworkers community had their heart broken from a very young age. Some were treated poorly by their parents or by friends, others had their heart broken by betrayal during their very first romance, and others were also sexually abused during their childhood by family or family “friends” and were ashamed to speak of it. Ever since, many among those feel unworthy of true love, of a good job, of abundance, and suffer from low self esteem, and are unable to trust their feelings. Dear friends, those things had to take place in order to diminish your light and you were aware of this during your life plan briefing.
Those situations are a lot more common than one would think and affect everybody for the rest of their life on an emotional and psychlogical level.
Now is the time to find trust and love within, and around you. You are among friends now, and people who wish to bring you all the love and help that you deserve.
At last, you are always loved by your higher self and protectors, by your guardian angels and by your star family.
None of you are unworthy of love, of success, of being one within.

Courage at this time is much needed as many of you feel much fear in your heart. Fear is very much present now: fear of uncertainty, of paying the bills, of fitting into a society that they can no longer relate to or understand.

The usual mechanism of the system is still into place for now, however, there are many changes on the way, regardless of the cabal’s efforts to keep the old paradigm in place. The truth is that they know that humanity is destined to awaken, and are making all the effort to keep humans asleep and under control.

No matter how hard they try, and try to control the younger generations, they know that they are not going in the direction of the divine’s will. Many of you feel discouraged and impatient to see the collapse of the cabal’s control over your own freedom, however, it is important to understand that the reason it is still into place at this stage, is because of many among your brothers and sisters are afraid of letting go of the old paradigm, as they cannot imagine a better system, nor did they ever dream of a better system, a more inclusive one and a peaceful one.

The elite are working hard to maintain the war path on many fronts, of engineering economic failure, in order to maintain the vibrations of the collective in fear.

The new generation has been exposed to a very individualistic way of thinking, and they have no idea of how to think outside of the box. They are accustomed to fear and competition, they grew up without having a spirit of community and of solidarity. They need to be shown what it means to give love without expecting something in exchange, and also to accept the differences in others.

A generation wall has been built between the younger generations and their parents in many respects. The awakening will be difficult for everybody, but particularly difficult for the people in their early twenties living in the western world.

There has been a split between generations but also a split within the generations themselves: the wealthy against the poor, the ones who want to keep the system in place against the ones who wish the planet to ascend, and also a split between what some of you are thinking, while others wish to better themselves while living in 3D.

During these tumultuous times, it is important that many of you remain grounded and rooted onto Gaia. If you feel anxiety and stress, we encourage you seeing it, and letting go of it, by engaging in more practical work and more outdoor activities during the summer.

The truth is that you are all divine beings, in great need of love and understanding. Many of you have blockages on the emotional level, from past hurts. Any hurt and disappointment can be taken so personally by lightworkers.

We wish to remind you that you are all loved and admired for your light work upon the planet at this time. The greater ability that many of you have, is the ability to see yourself, so please do not shut your eyes to what you see, do not dismiss it, do not block it, but try to remain open to all possibilities and to remain in a space of love and compassion.

The times you have volunteered for are taking place now, you will need all the courage and resolve in order to remain grounded and of service to others at this time. Many changes are ahead of you, dear light worker communities, please remain united and open minded to others ideas, open your heart to one another in joy and compassion.

The Illusions and Tricks of the Mind – Multidimensional Ocean 7 June 2013

At the moment I am receiving plenty of questions on email and on facebook asking me things directly or asking me to ask the Galactic Federation questions.

I am afraid that the only message I have received concerning any of these questions is not to fall into the trap of the illusion.

I would like to address first of all, regarding me asking the Galactic Federations for answers:

1-      I wish to remind people that channels are far from being 100% accurate. I may misinterpret something, they may also perceive the question not the way the person who asks means it, or the way I mean it.

2-      The channel is the intermediary, so the channel’s mind is filtering all the information that comes through, so it is possible that I am blocking subconsciously something, or misinterpret something in order to fit with my own view and understanding of something.

3-      You can all have access to the answers you seek yourself, directly. All you need is to ask the question deeply and repeatedly when you are calm or meditate. Perhaps ask the question to your guides several times over a period of one week and weigh this with your other knowledge and with your own being.

4-      Last, but not least, I am only concerned with spiritual matters. I have no interest in asking about anything other than that, and neither have my guides any desire of interfering with our outer life.

5-      SaLuSa is one of my guides. I have been in contact with several Galactic beings, not all are human in fact. Those contacts have been through dream states, and telepathy, but also in a more direct manner, such as holographs and orbs, or flashes of light. The messages I receive from SaLuSa are as him being one of my guides, not so much as a representative of the Galactic Federation, and his messages usually mainly deal with spirituality and love on my request and of common agreement.

Concerning asking me for my own opinion or understanding:

1-      your guess is as good as mine! I have never claimed to have any superior knowledge of politics or economy than any other person. So I invite you to use discernment and to broaden your sources of information, to open your mind, and heart, including the opinions which you do not wish to hear, and that you disagree with.

2-      Everything is part of the picture, and needs to be included. Denial, rejection of inconvenient facts is not my way. Knowing the lies that are being put up there is also part of it. I wish to know as much as I can, but also to question everything and everybody daily, including myself, my guides and my friends.

3-      Of course, with so much going on, it is understandable that one wishes to take a step back from the illusion thrown upon us by those in power and go within. It is normal to feel insecure and uncertain, and seeing it is what is needed. No need to feel ashamed of what you see in yourself.

4-      I would encourage all those who are seeking a way to work in groups and meet people; work alone on spirituality is very limited for many reasons, unless you have chosen a life of isolation for this life. If you live in isolated areas, the internet can open doors for you, and if you are sincere, I believe that in time, you will be guided to what you need at this time, and that new possibilities and door will open for you from above when it is right for you to do so. I myself have been part of spiritual group since June 1997. Although I have memories of past lives and of “between lives” since I am 3 years old. So I have been a seeker since I am 3: I needed to know who I am and why I was there since age 3.

5-      We all have the ability to draw information from our own higher self, and from our own guides. The aim of this life (for me at least) is to use our own light and discernment, to form our own opinions and way.

In conclusion:

Please do not ask me to form an opinion for you, as in my view, it is your own responsibility and duty to open up to your own light, in order to see the bigger picture and to be able to help Mother Earth in her Ascension.

Do not be afraid of making mistakes, as these are also part of the way to enlightenment and learning I believe. Use the mistakes to improve your knowledge and understanding.

In my opinion what matter is the journey to finding our own answers, the discoveries have any value only if made by ourselves, as part of a loving group and society. However, there are steps that must be taken individually, and that must crystallise within your being in order to grow as an individual in this material world.

This journey of self-discovery matters much more than the answers in themselves. This is a slow process that we all need to know, and I am afraid getting the answers from a friend or a channel is not the way to go about it.

This is not a state exam, it is your life work, the only thing that we take with us in the afterlife is the accumulation of these vibrations of love and consciousness.

The only substance that can never be taken away from us, the search is much more important the than the findings as I understand things for now, as it is the search itself that develops and generates these vibrations.

Energy Update – 25 May Eclipse – Multidimensional Ocean and SaLuSa

Overview

May marks an important change for many of us on a personal and on a planetary level. Many of us can feel unsettled, uncertain about the future, and feel the veil of the unknown in a more oppressing way than at any recent times. There is a sense of darkness and fear about as well due to the unsettled world events impacting our daily lives.

Extra meditation is required at this time to help the higher-self connection and to find grounding.

Find quiet place for you to rest at regular times during the day, make sure to have extra rest, and watch the quality of your food intake as well.

Important world events are around the corner

These world events have been long into preparing and we have seen some of the results manifest already concerning the willingness to spread truth and a fair system for every Earth soul. Now it seems that the energy of the eclipse is stealing our recent positivity and creating many doubts.

More good news are in the making and the light will carry out an amazing victory provided we can work in peace, and in agreement. Events are slowing down now due to the eclipse influencing most souls on Mother Earth. This is a time to come with in for most of us, to confront our own shadows, which is never comfortable.  As a result the entire outlook seems darker and uncertain.

Many of you have come to realize that the outer events are of little consequence to your own wellbeing; however there are still events where you must make your voice heard and express yourself in a peaceful manner.

SaLuSa: These are among the most uncertain times for you and for Mother Earth. The inner and outer trembling must be seen, and witnessed in order to move on in a positive direction. There is no point in suppressing what concerns you, or in living in denial. Keep an eye on your inner doubts and fears; acknowledge them, like you would acknowledge an irritating family member. Give it the attention is seeks, the time it seeks, and the light it needs.

Many of you have come together to bring to light the galactic presence during the Citizen’s Hearing, you have spread the news and will gladly continue to do so. There is a sense of the need to come together to make your democratic voice heard, and to no longer submit to the bureaucratic unrealistic ways of politicians. You need to make it clear that they are your elected representatives and that they must obey to you, not the other way around. The power the hold is due to you, and you can remove that power from them at any time. You will need to set into place such a safety net to remove politicians who are not representing your interests at best. The need for such procedure is felt by many of you.

There is also a need for opening real dialogue with the countries which are currently at war, and to bring an end to war and terrorist’s attacks. It is time to bring an end to the fear of weapons and violence. This also must be taken into account by your representatives. It is time to live at peace with the nations and with your neighbours.

This process of peace keeping should be in your hands, however, there is much propaganda and manipulation to spread hatred of minorities and fear of the unknown. There is no reason for the fear of others; it is a result of feeling apart from one another.

Inner Work

There is a need to rest more, eat healthy, be gentle and kind to yourself, but also to family, friends and pets. We need to take it one step at a time, and learn to live in the moment again. This period requires more meditation and letting go than previous periods, as there is much ending for many of us, which places us into a semi-panic mode.

Changes are good, even if they seem scary at times. Envisage the most positive outcomes always and in all, and do your best to ensure that the wanted results will be reached. Put in the extra time and work to that end is recommended at this time, as there are many delays and unexpected events that can affect you at this time.

SaLuSa: Focus on your inner world, on your inner energy, allow it to blend with your body, and with your higher brain. Allow your feelings to surface also, to have their say. Listen to them through your body, through your chest, but also use discernment.

Many of you live at such a pace, that there is no time for your higher energy to sink in and connect with your ordinary brain waves. This results in a “not knowing” situation on your part. This includes not knowing your own feelings, thoughts and physical needs at a deeper level.

We encourage you to connect with your own emotions regularly throughout the day, and acknowledge them. The path will come to you when you are feeling calm and whole.

Let Go of Any Old Beliefs and Expectation- SaLuSa channelled by Multidimensional Ocean – 13 May 2013

Dear ones, I am pleased to see how much your light work is increasing, even in face great difficulties and challenges. Don’t let go of hope, of the light, for this is when you need it most, in order to carry you through the next period of joy and abundance.

There is much confusion on your planet at the moment. Politicians will always have their double motives and agendas, trying to please their electors and to please those in power of the corporate world. Their agendas and rules have nothing to do with the way you manage your own lives. Ultimately, your power will be restored and you will be able to create your own set of rules, and your own universal laws. Just make sure that you can cover your bills, and keep your children happy for now, the rest will fall into place one step at a time.

Life challenges are only coming so that you can find yourself, in fact things never get easier as one would be inclined to believe. Things only get more difficult as you are nearing your final ascension cut off point. The challenges keep increasing, the adversaries get stronger, and fear becomes more personal. When you have agreed to come upon the Earth, you were warned that this would not be a plane sailing trip, but rather something of a roller coaster ride.

Don’t forget the purpose of this journey is to find who and what you are in the midst of chaos, in the midst of the storm. Once you have regained your powers, it will be all too easy to set your own rules of the game. As you encounter more resistance in the path of enlightenment, rejoice your soul, and know that you are coming closer and closer to the end game.

Don’t waste time comparing your life with the lives of others; you don’t know others’ life contracts, and history. Focus on your own journey, and take all the necessary steps in making it full of love, joy and light.

Don’t put yourself under too much stress right now, these few months still hold many challenges for the Earth’s collective consciousness and for the planet itself. There is much tenderness and uncertainty in air, so please ensure you are playing it safe and allow plenty of time, space in your days. Take walks outdoors, spend time with your loved ones, friends, family and pets. This will heal whatever needs to be healed.

We also encourage you to question everything that you have taken for granted till now, beginning with your own set of values. Before focusing on others’ shortcomings, be aware of your own, regain balance and equilibrium when needed.

The world governments will know an increasing instability; more scandals will be brought to light, more dramas, and sometimes even joys. Let what does not resonate with you pass above you, do not focus on the events that do not give you concern. Focus on your own blooming and growth. The world history runs according to a pre- designed script. You, as a free being, can write your own script within the world’s script. You can find inner freedom, even if the outside world is stiff and oppressing. You can spread the light to other beings, you can bring them joy, hope and inspiration and together you can build a new world from a higher level of consciousness.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and I encourage you to let go of any old beliefs and expectation. Just be yourself in all circumstances.

Energy Update from Multidimensional Ocean and Ulrika from Agartha – 11 May 2013

Light approaches at rapid peace the hearts of the unkind. Compassion settles in among the most awakened ones on Gaia. The need for nitro-glycerine will be appeased among those found of wars as the war industrial complex will be exposed unto the open for all to see its ugly face.

Cover your face not, for tomorrow it could be you who can find yourself in need for help.

Those who leave living beings suffer without compassion, love or help, will not avoid the karmic cycle.

It is well and good to listen to good words being professed over the internet, but how is what you read applied in your practical day to day life and interactions with others.

The energies of the eclipse will bring much onto the open in the coming month, much more will be uncovered, much more will be exposed for all to see and understand. It will be there for those who wish to see, as it has always been for you most of the time, but is preferred to be dismissed as unreasonable.

Emotions may run high for some of you dear ones, look at your children and pets: they feel not so much oppression and anxiety. Let them guide you and help you through difficult times.

If hopes are dashed, they will be replaced with something more suitable to your needs, even when it seems unappealing, or when you anticipate fear.

Many of you feel the need for more and more space and privacy, it is becoming like a physical need almost. Do follow your instinct in making space, time and indulging yourself in pleasant and agreeable time for yourself.
